I need a clear understanding of the listed items, What parts should we purchase and What can be done in house.
1. Rudders. — What should be done?
2. Steering Gear.---Did we buy the parts for this?
3. Hydraulic Cylinders.— What need to be done?
4. Exhaust system:— What are the issues?
5. Engine Mounts and alignment.— (Ok!)
6. Stuffing boxes/seals. Install new units:--- Should we buy the new units?
7. Cutlass bearings. — Do we need to purchase?
8. Engine Cooling Grid Coolers and Zinks. — What need to be done?
9. Bottom Paint and Barrier Coat/ Hull Zinks. — Should we purchase?
10. Engine and marine gear control bracket work. — Do we need to purchase?
11. Fuel tank clean out. Port and starboard. -- (Ok!)
12. Starboard deck fuel fill adapter replacement. — Should we replace or fix?
13. Bilge pumping system forward compartments. — What about the forward compartments?
14. Repair existing 24 volt alternator and add a second one to port motor. --- Should we purchase?
15. Inspect and size all hydraulic lines and fittings as needed. (Ok!)
16. Engine and marine gear instruments in control tower. --- What does this mean?
17. Install engine room lighting. — (Ok!)
18. Tune and service both engines and marine gear. —Any parts need?
19. Clean and paint engine room. — (Ok!)

Timing of work
I have been told this haul out must be done in late April or May as there is scheduled and contracted
work reported for this facility during June, July and August.
