I kept detailed notes on every day, every place, every person for years so 1 would figure out who is stalking me. September 2019 I reported being followed by two men, one with New York plates over a period of at least 2 weeks. I reported that they laughed at scaring me. I reported they had New York license plates. I reported they worked with a FedEx deliveryman. I learned later this was part of a blackmail scheme. I have never blackmailed anyone. Then they published that they my net assets were "under review" (attached); followed by claims of $15M and then in 3Q, 2018, $20 million. I found many of the fraudulent businesses but I do not know where any of the money is. I found a half dozen possibilities of where the money may be, but am not certain. As I mentioned earlier, there is a 12 year long litigation harassment involving 17 court cases, 10 in housing court alone, where I got the April 2017 Favorable ruling from Judge Katz after proving my innocence and the landlord's frauds. The litigation harassment using civil courts to build a criminal case to prosecute me for tax fraud in the millions from the online businesses by "Brigitte Beniquez" was in lieu of regular procedure where I would be accused and put on trial for tax fraud and given the opportunity to prove my innocence. I can explain why and how this path of action was taken by the Manhattan DA's office, State AG office, and the Feds when we meet. Please know I am on crutches for the first time in my life. I am a healthy person othenvise. I fractured my knee during the last court trial in NY. I had xrays taken of my knee at Newport Hospital and it is fractured. Unfortunately Newport hospital did not treat the fracture or even mention it to me. It was not until after review of the bill that I saw the fracture assessment. I asked Newport Hospital why this was not discussed with me nor treated, and they said I needed to meet with the risk Assessment person Marcia Haverty. I told the hospital that I could not meet with their risk assessment person without a lawyer and that I just want to see a doctor and get my knee fixed. They insisted as a corporation they need to follow the risk assessment procedure. EFTA00277119 Shortly after I learned that the hospital somehow erased the few hundred owed (81% covered). I also learned that the hospital and one Dr Kenneth Stern (whom I have never met) is engaged in creating falsified evidence to support New York's Arrest Warrants and / or APS profiles portraying me as a substance abusing, gambling, prostitute. Jim, I am not a prostitute and never have been. I am not a gambler and never have been. I do not abuse substances or use them at all. Its just not my thing. My work as an executive in advertising was high profile but I am low key and a very private person. I have no social media footprint and no online businesses. My work as a model for L'Oreal and as an actor in Indie films and commercials was public but again I am private, my name is not known and I have no interest in celebrity. I do good work, I make people and corporations a lot of money and I go home. I am good at my jobs and my value can be measured by the prestigious L'Oreal brand using my image alongside A- list celebrities for 8 years and by my last corporate employer billing my time at $540 per hour for strategic leadership. Mark Turner has been reported to authorities and USAA for financial frauds in the "Brigitte Beniquez" scam where he and his wife have fraudulent loans, insurance and such. They are falsifying evidence to attach me to this "Brigitte Beniquez" Jim, I need a really good, strong white collar criminal attorney to protect my rights and help me get my belongings back from Ken Alves' storage facility in Middletown, and punitive damages from the hundreds of millions in tax fraud of which I have been accused and that I have proven / reported as fraudulent.
