Elected delegates proceed to the state convention in Tacoma, and to their respective congressional district caucuses. The convention, which was held at Mount Vernon High School, was familiar territory for two young delegates, Peri Kirkpatrick and Malachi Simpson. The two are Mount Vernon High School seniors.
