The vast majority of documents are either witness statements, MySpace printouts of non-statutory victims for our case, or background reports regarding witnesses/victims. All of the documents (with the exception of two pages described below) clearly fall in the categories of Witness Statement or 3600. Following our practice with regard to such materials, I will ask one of the paralegals to scan those documents and save them in the relevant witness folders on the share so that we can produce them closer to trial. The only document that I'd like to discuss with you two (and possibly with ) is the two-page document attached to this email. The first page appears to be a voucher for a cellphone, which may have been seized from in 1999. The second page appears to be a missing person report for .
