Subject: Victim notification letter
Hey guys,
has been in contact with and lately as they have been requesting some sort of victim
notification letter from the FBI for each of their victims that we have formally interviewed. They request that
this letter that would state in short that they are a victim of Jeffrey Epstein's as identified by the FBI. Their
hopes was to use this to assist them in applying for the victim compensation fund. They originally requested
302's of the interviews which obviously will not be providing during an active investigation. As me and MI
discussed earlier today this could be a little tricky because the generic letter would typically use
states something to the effect of "XXXXX has been identified by the FBI as a victim of a federal crime by Jeffrey
Epstein". As we know not all of the girls we interviewed were necessarily victims of a federal crime but still
we would like to do our best in appropriately assisting everyone who has been negatively effected by Jeffrey
Epstein.
M suggested we jump on a phone call sometime next week to hash this out before returning to= and
with an answer on how we will proceed. What's everyone's availability next week? We MAN have
one for 4:30 on Tuesday...how about doing a call that same day but earlier in the afternoon? I'm free all day.
