Hi Paul and Brad — I revised the writ to conform with the language we use in our criminal writs. We have to say that she
may provide testimony to establish jurisdiction to issue the writ. And I added some language in the motion to establish
the judge's power to command an entity outside the S.D. Fla. and to include the language from our standard petitions.

If you have any issues with filing or getting it to Judge Marra, please let me know. As soon as it is filed, I will let the
Marshals know to collect it from the Clerk's Office.
