We have to say that she may provide testimony to establish jurisdiction to issue the writ. And I added some language in the motion to establish the judge's power to command an entity outside the S.D. Fla. and to include the language from our standard petitions. Hope this helps! If you have any issues with filing or getting it to Judge Marra, please let me know.
