I promised to get back to you with an update on the potential March 13 meeting which would be Pakistan specific. We are more than likely to have a Pakistan meeting around the middle of March and we would really like to get key partners together on this. I cannot confirm yet if it will be the 13th, we are also considering the 18th. Could you let me know if Nasra you are able to participate around the middle of March? Do you have a preference for either the 13th or the 18th? I will confirm the exact day as soon as I can. I have attached a template you should use for both sets of briefs (it's filled out for the country context brief, but you should also use it for the think piece). Let me know if you have any questions or issues. Could you also confirm that you can manage at Wednesday 19th at 3pm PST deadline? I've attached some terms of reference for the set of deliverables, which I hope helps you to move quickly on the work. You'll note that we'll need the drafts by Wednesday 191h, so we have time to review and make any changes needed before they go out as a pre-read on Thursday 20th. If you think you might not be able to meet this, we can perhaps think about dropping the Pakistan brief, though I know you have special expertise in that area. EFTA00984216 The page limits are fairly firm, we wouldn't want anything over 3 pages, but they word counts are just suggestions. Also if you feel that would need to append any additional information e.g maps, tables etc.. please feel free to suggest. I know that you won't be in the room to take any questions people might have, so we should have a debrief shortly after the 24th to go through any questions raised and give you some feedback on the papers. I will send you a template soon, but please get cracking drafting in the meantime. Hope this is all clear, and please call or email with any questions. I will get back to you with an update regarding plans for the 13th Best wishes, Max Maxime Gasteen P7-ogt am O,'f cor I PcHo Advocacy Globa Policy & Advoc3c.,. 13111 & Melinda Gates Foundation www.gatesfoundation.org Facebook ;21 . ..
