ISS is currently offering a confidential private loan arrangement (for up to EFTA00578958  $100,000) to a few individuals who can help "bridge" ISS to the receipt of new contract revenues from the U.S. Navy and the U.S. government. The loan is provided to ISS in the form of a Promissory Note (written by our legal counsel,) for a 3X guaranteed return on your short-term investment. The Note is to be payable at the end of a year after the Note is signed. The Note holder has the option of only taking the original amount in return, with interest, and then receiving the remaining 2X in ISS Series B equity (known as ISS Membership Units). The Note holder also has the option of specifying that all of the return be in the form of ISS Membership Units, which would total 3X (three times the value) of the original loan.
