Third Party limits are also applicable to risks of War and Terrorism on a per accident basis; if this
is not available an aggregate basis is acceptable.
"Air Carrier" means an air transport undertaking with a valid operating licence.
"Community Air Carrier" means an air transport undertaking with a valid operating licence
granted by a Member State.
"Aircraft Operator" means a person or entity (not being an Air Carrier) who has the use or
operation of the aircraft - the registered owner unless they can prove otherwise.
Cargo/Baggage Liability extends until the Cargo/Baggage is delivered to its entitled recipient.
The Regulation does not address the subject of Deductibles for these coverages; the brokers
association is checking on the implication of this - further advice is awaited.
Mail Liability is not included in the above - it remains subject to EEC Reg. 2407/92 and
national legislations.
Certain aircraft types are exempted from the regulations - refer to the regulation for details.
