Cargo/Baggage Liability extends until the Cargo/Baggage is delivered to its entitled recipient. The Regulation does not address the subject of Deductibles for these coverages; the brokers association is checking on the implication of this - further advice is awaited. Mail Liability is not included in the above - it remains subject to EEC Reg. 2407/92 and national legislations.
