Progress Report 03/25/19 — 03/31/19 Please note: This is a summary of the last week's focus, not a comprehension of all projects. Carpentry. Continue work on lattice frames for tiki. Assisted with added tiki tile. Tile work complete. Building new doors for FPP. Weatherproofing roof connection between tiki kitchen and main tiki on LSJ. Loaded F450 with all GSJ kitchen cabinets and appliances from tunnel storage and transferred to GSJ container. Electrical/Plumbing. Install new lights in FPP kitchen. Replaced lights and bulbs in library. Installed new water pump at FPP cabana for bathroom and kitchen. Added landscape lighting up to LSJ Cabana drive. Assisted with emptying and moving containers and relocating contents. Engineering. Fluid check — all equipment. Commissioned new lull. Tropical run for hitch, installed on new tractor. Inaugural water wagon run w JD tractor to GSJ and went well. Installed hammer (again) on Cat 325. Clean carmix. New tires, change electrical cable on bikes. Polaris work. Worked on Polaris, Quadski, Dump Truck. Change batteries on roller compactor. Clean F450. Clean tire changing room. Put tracks back on 307 cat. Clean wreck shop and vehicle storage area. Heavy Equipment. Transitioned and set containers from LSJ to GSJ. Trenching for Liston at LSJ tower. Made more stone at pebble beach for Dupson. Clear out entire footprint of "The Barn" on GSJ. Assisted with landscaping on GSJ beach area (grass, seagrapes, ficus). Cleaned Blue Beach. Ongoing seaweed battle. Housekeeping. Usual rounds. Laborers brought in to move heavy items in storage areas and clean underground spaces. Landscaping/Masonry. Received and caring for large ABC shipment that looks mostly dead but they will work their magic. Pebble beach is ongoing. Completed forming 5 Palms bunker. Will be poured Monday morning, weather permitting. Marine. Maintenance on trailers — tongues, tires, hubs, stands, wheel bearings,carpeting, derusting. Replaced steering cylinder on Little C. New props on Little C. Haulout and pressure wash Sportis and Zodiac. Nanna maintenance, oil change, fuel filters. Painters. Continued painting hardware around main compound. Began fresh coat of paint in Cabanas. RO/Maintenance. Oversee cistern cleaning and sealing. Acquired pump for FPP kitchen/bath. Standard pool and RO maintenance. Contractors on island: Absolute Flooring — work complete. Jeffers — Coloring shipping next week. Danny — Continuing work on MC Flower Bed. EFTA01223578 Progress Report 03/25/19 — 03/31/19 Kitchen Solvers - Countertops scheduled for install May 3-6. Paul's Petroleum — added check valve to gasoline pump to eliminate delay. Other Notes: Rust remediation. Attaching photo file. Master cistern. Cleaned. First round of thoroseal complete. Will repeat thoroseal in one week. 5 Palms Power. Trenching to begin Tuesday. Rubbish. All trash bins on GSJ emptied. Proposal for storm Shutters for RO, Generator, GSJ staff cottage, LSJ staff cottage — submitted to Rich and was approved. All interior and exterior doors for RO, generator buildings ordered. 40X60 replacement building for engineering has been ordered. Construction drawings for GSJ staff cottage have been submitted. Next week's focus will be putting cabanas 1-4, the flagpole pool, chillax room and bath, and library back together after floors have adequately cured. EFTA01223579
