From: Kyle reavis To: "jeffrey E." <jeevacation®gmail.com> Cc: Richard Kahn Subject: Re: Date: Thu, 25 Oct 2018 13:19:07 +0000 It was a laborer for JPK who wasn't working during the concrete pour and was sitting down. His supervisor told him to work and get up multiple times and the guy refused so the supervisor told him to get his tools and go home for the day (around 9 am Monday). When the supervisor turned around the worker fried to punch him and missed. The supervisor told him he was fired and to wait at the dock for a boat. No other words were exchanged. I was at the barge ramp when this happened meeting the second concrete truck. I rode down to the dock and made sure to get him a boat and confirmed with Jay that the worker was fired and no longer allowed on GSJ or LSJ.
