I feel he is greatly mistaken and I hope you know and realize that his judgment on the facts of this case as well as the judgment he has made regarding yourself and the USAO is wrong. I asked that the two of them not speak with anyone re the information shared with them until they hear back from me. Since I have not heard anything re the naming of the Civil Atty, I am assuming there are still a few hurdles to overcome. I am not going to speak with any of the other Jane Does until we get a little closer to the State Hearing and have named a Guardian Ad Litem. We have identified another underage victim and I will be completing her interview today. I think that will bring the number to 27 or 28. is out the rest of this week. I will continue to try and find the two victims that we believe are residing out of state. Please let me know as soon as possible if you have any reason to doubt that the non-prosecution agreement is not going to be adhered to by Epstein and his legal team. Our higher ups have been informed and a recommendation has been made to reiterate the FBI's position with the USAO that Epstein registering as a sex offender is non negotiable. Hopefully the United States Attorney has deaf ears when it comes to Epstein's legal team and refuses to compromise any further. Jane Doe #14 asked me why JE was receiving such a lite jail sentence and Jane Doe #13 has asked for our Victim Witness coordinator to get in touch with her so she can receive some much needed Professional counseling. Other than that, their response was filled with emotion and grateful to the Federal authorities for pursuing justice and not giving up. Take care and will speak soon.
