Rich;
On June 7th I informed you that I could no longer work due to non payment of past invoices.
You had informed me on several occasions that my latest invoice would have been paid but you were moving
offices and would get to it shortly. Later you notified me that you would pay the invoice after an "accounting
review".
It is over four months later and I still have not received payment.
This comes after you had denied payment for my first week of work, even though it was my second trip to the
island. Also I had never received payment for expenses, airport parking etc.
Technically you also own me payment for the 1st to the 7th of June.
To refresh you memory I was asked by JEE to spend over 3 weeks on LSJ from May 14 to June 7th. My air
tickets were purchased by JEE corp. office. I arrived on and departed on the the exact dates that were agreed
upon and for which the air tickets were purchased by JEE corp office.
There should be no question that I was on the job and present on the island.
I am requesting immediate payment of past invoices.
I am sure that you understand as I don't believe that you nor anyone would work for free, especially under
difficult circumstances.
My last invoice is attached. If paid we can consider our contract terminated. If I need to seek legal recourse I will
need to ask for payment for the entire contract as you had asked for an exclusive arrangement.
Thank You;
Sincerely;
Craig Martin
