I've explained the History each time.,
Starting with, the GIV has never been smooth on any flight, until you determined after reducing
both power levers, the instantly goes smooth

Pylon inspections complete and down to close up with no chaffing defects notes.
Checked dog bone on engines as you and James Kreuger discussed and
found the RIH engine dog bone making contact with the crane
beam. This may be bypassing you crane beam isolator causing your
humm. I will send you some photos.
ADC is in work by avionics.
