As an attachment to the Appendix, the Appellant filed a document dated February 6, 2014 which is entitled as a Motion for Reconsideration. The state of the Record concerning this February 6, 2014 document is not at all clear and this document may not be properly before this court. In any event, the Record indicates that the trial court's order granting summary judgment was entered on May 21, 2014, which was almost five months after the February 6, 2014 Motion for Reconsideration. Appellee, Jeffrey Epstein, therefore reserves the right to make appropriate arguments regarding this document and to do so within his Answer Brief when that document becomes due for filing.
