A religious institution accepted by the Taliban as Islamic authority, is about to release a fatwa supporting vaccinations for polio & other diseases. This outreach to clerics acceptable to the Taliban was a primary reason for latest visit. This fatwa will soon be released in the media, I have received an advance copy (though it is pre-dated).
