He wants to hold his own meetings during the TED conference that will be going on there...each day he would have the hotel supply food and drink throughout the day. He would also need a suite and regular room (if possible at this hotel!) I know this is a VERY busy time for the hotel and much is dedicated to TED already. Is this something you could check on for us and see if we can do?
