I am simply a customer calling in with changes to a work order. I am 100% certain that her response was the result of Carlos poisoning the well. He and Jill are friends. There is simply no other reason for her to have such animosity towards me. This is not the first time I've been involved in his slander. The correct procedure in my mind would be to confront Carlos. And, if confirmed, he should be put on probation EFTA01051354 for sabotaging his superior. The message I like to deliver is that on LSJ/GSJ we either work as a team or not at all. The kindergarten BS is so rampant. The atmosphere here would drastically improve if Danny and Carlos were sent packing and replaced with adults.
