Karyna and I met with Peter today to review stone color in your master shower and scope of work in
massage room:
Peter thought that the two marbles that most resembled your master shower are crème marfil marble and
botticino semiclassico marble

Peter brought up a number of questions and thought it would be best to have an architect draw the room so
you can play with some of the following questions that arose:
1. currently toilet area does not have marble on ceiling however marble covers ceiling in steam room
and shower (peter thought only room necessary was steam room)
2. Currently there is a seam right in middle of room when you enter and he thought that it would be
better to have seams on sides and not when you first enter the room
3. Currently there are a lot of seams which are less visible since black but with lighter color they will
be more visible
4. Seams in toilet area are down the middle of wall however slabs are currently larger and not
necessary down the middle / same area has small pieces at top of room
5. Sink apron currently has marble — shall we continue with that
6. Crown molding is currently present however not sure if you want same look or use other edging
7. Step up going into shower can be made lower if you would like
8. Will room all be tiled in slabs (more expensive) or can we use smaller tiles in some areas
Peter did not take measurements today as he said it would take 1.5 hours to get accurate sq ft and would
be more comfortable with accuracy of architects CAD drawings
Merwin mentioned that other tile quote of 42,000 + tax was only for demo and labor of steam room plus
new door (1) and not entire bathroom
Peter said once room was demoed and he had marble fabrication and install would be 2-3 weeks
Peter said he would refer an architect (which he said should be no more than 800.1000) if we would like to
proceed in that direction or he can come back and measure
We will also need a contractor as a plumber will be needed to remove shower / sink equipment and toilet
bowl and an electrician will be needed for lighting
Please advise on next steps and your thoughts on marble links
Thank you
Rich
