Were also starting a clinical ngs lab that should complete its full certification next month. So if
Jeffrey's interested, I should be able to continue providing him with other types of genomic data
beyond his exome on his samples free of charge.
For example, I think I'll be able to quickly follow up on his exome with a whole genome this
summer. Basically, once I get through the first pass and our lab is fully set up, adding additional
datasets will go much easier.
In my opinion, there's no harm (in these early days) with individuals having more than 1 genomic
dataset and analyses.

sorry for the delayed response.
We are still in the middle of analyzing our first batch (and no ypo have gotten their results
yet). Unfortunately, Jeffrey is in the second run which should be completed by end of this
month. (Because his was part of a batch of about 20 that needed DNA re-extracted from
saliva and resequenced.)
Please apologize for the delay to Jeffrey. On the positive side, the number of medically
important genes we will deeply analyze has doubled since he submitted his sample based on
the most recent literature.
