Next week, we are going to provide a revised conceptual plan for the main residence area, including the pool area, living room/cabana, and primary circulation paths. With exterior sitting area near top of nursery, and hardscape treatment at bottom of nursery (over existing concrete pad). 4. Music room. 5. Staff cottage. 4 bedrooms with private baths, living/dining/kitchen area, laundry and support. I am also contacting our A/V consultant for recommendations on appropriately-scaled equipment for your living room/media room. I will issue a more detailed summary next week. Thank you again.
