Ok.
The =ause of the problem has been found.
An injector =ube gained causing compression from the motor to blow out the coolant =nd cause the overheat.
The heads and cylinders are ok and the engine =ill be assembled with the new stuff tomorrow and the next day.

Good Day.
This afternoon 6-26, while at the =ort authority dock, the barge port engine overheated. I
stopped the =ngine at 210 degrees and regardless of remedial action, it did not cool =own. I restarted and used it to
maneuver to the berth at D dock in AYH. =br class=""> Inspection shows a hard turnover, water in the air boxes =nd the
port aft inspection covers. The water pump impeller is =olid and the diver observed no fouling in the keel cooler boxes.
The cause of the overheat is still undetermined. The parts =re ordered and work to disassemble
the top portion of the motor will =egin Thursday Morning as the specialist is involved with another =roject tomorrow.
Baring any catastrophic damage =iscovery, an estimated 3 day repair timeline is considered a
reasonable =oal.
Tomorrow will be spent preparing for the repairs. =br class=""> More to follow when it is
known.
