Miss Maxwell was also Business Development Manager for the newspaper, "The European". Miss Maxwell has held a number of board positions. She was on the board of Oxford United Football club and more recently Seed Magazine. Miss Maxwell also has a history as a venture capitalist with a record of successful investment in start-up and growing small-cap business. Ms. Maxwell also has managed several private businesses.
