A) reflecting the following corrections: 1. The word "consipiracy" in the last line of the Introduction is corrected to read as "conspiracy." 2 The first sentence in Paragraph 30(a) is corrected to read as follows: On September 11, 2008, Edwards filed a state court action on behalf of client L.M. against Epstein seeking damages. 3. The second sentence in Paragraph 30(b) is corrected to read as follows: However, Epstein was never served. 4. Paragraph 33(1) is corrected to read as follows: (1) to facilitate Rothstein's attempts to obtain investments as set forth herein; 5. Paragraph 33(3) is corrected to read as follows: (3) obtaining operating revenue so that RRA could continue to operate as set forth herein.
