Got this letter this morning. Mike & his wife got a Summary Judgment against them. I was told by the Bank
they would release me for $60,000.00 at the short sale and now I find out Mike & Julie walk without paying
anything. Why should I have to pay when he gets the pass. I consider it evidence of collusion between Mike
and the Bank.
