With exterior sitting area near top of nursery, and hardscape treatment at bottom of nursery (over existing concrete pad). 4. Music room. 5. Staff cottage. 4 bedrooms with private baths, living/dining/kitchen area, laundry and support. I am also contacting our A/V consultant for recommendations on appropriately-scaled equipment for your living room/media room.
