SEAWALL REPAIR
Labonte Construction Services proposes to do the following seawall repairs located at 358 El
Brill° Way, Palm Beach.
• Remove existing floating footer sheets.
• Supply and install 150 If of new 5 ft long footer sheets at the base of existing sheets.
• Drill and epoxy 12/ inch lag bolts every 3ft along entire seawall.
• Concrete fill gap between old and new footer sheets along entire seawall.
Estimated cost: $29.800.00
Pay schedule:
30% due at contract signing.
30% due at upon mobilization.
30% due at placement of concrete.
Remaining contract amount due at completion.
Exclusions:
1. All permit fees.
2. All plans, engineering and pile log fees.
3. Warranty or repairs to existing seawall, structure or cap.

4. Repairs or replacement of existing concrete dock or travertine surfaces.
5. Any required batter piles, Riprap or additional items required by Building Dept
6. Seawall ladder if requested or required by code at an additional $400.00
7. Any seawall backfilling at an additional $100.00 / C.Y. if required.
8. Punching of rock for pile installation at $500.00 / Hr. and or composite piles at
$350.00 if required.
9. Standby time at $500.00 for all delays
10. Dredging if required billed at $500.00
11. LCS is not to be held liable for damage to landscape, irrigation, pool or pool patio
due to vibration or undermining of seawall during construction.
12. Any seismograph required by Building Dept. during installation.
13. My electrical or plumbing relocations for work access.
14. Material price increases.
