9East 71st street Daily Report • Elevator Inspection ,The NYC Department of Buildings performed a Elevator inspection on the main passenger car, service lift, and dumb waiter .Inspector check on top of elevator cabs, inside elevator equipment rooms sc-level, roof over head and catering kitchen dumb waiter. Inspector wrote up three PVT for otis elevator to comply with PVT476108,PVT476107,PVT476105. Otis needs to resolve all issues in 30 days. I will send copy of all PVT to Otis Elevator. • Contacted Matthew Tirshwell lighting designer to look at a different approach to the transformer and switch installation for the main entrance picture lights. The switch and transformer design was used to keep cost down with interior alterations if we get the power from the over head circuit a scaffold will be necessary to do the installation over the stair case. Also holes will need to be opened in decorative walls. • Replaced light bulbs 4" fl Bed room stair case candelabra high up fixtures. 1" floor entrance Hall high spots by fire place. • Installation of Catering Kitchen ABB Variable frequency drive 61° fl replacing bunted out unit.
