From: Eric Roth Sent: Saturday, May 13, 2017 4:31 PM To: jeffrey E.; Richard Kahn; Ivjet Subject: RE: Revised proposal Jeffrey, I suggest that we move forward with the detailed contract as presented yesterday as it contains 98% (mathematical deduction) of your requested desires. The remaining 2% can be addressed in a change order for your review as they likely require additional thought, input and design (which you will undoubtedly orchestrate/ influence.) Further, you consistently present interesting new ideas / changes (example: "do we cover the divan cabinets so it looks more like house sofa?" ) that need to be addressed and the work scope / related costs updated. Assuming that you agree we have 98% covered coupled with the fact that we are six or less days away from input (not to mention that although we have a strong direction, the "specific" leather, suede, carpet, fabrics have not been identified) I humbly suggest you employ an ink-filled writing instrument and sign the contract so that we can open a work order Monday morning as we need to start the engineering for the weight and balance so that we can prepare the aircraft for flight to Savannah for paint. P.S. I find covering the divan end arm cabinets to look more like a sofa to be a very interesting idea that deserves serious consideration. As always, please do not hesitate to call me with any questions you may have. Thank you. Best Regards, EFTA_R1_01892121 EFTA02651027 Eric ERIC H. However, it does NOT include some of the items discussed (Vacant door sign on lav/cabin door, removing peep hole in door, reworking sidewall tables, etc...) 2 EFTA_R1_01892122 EFTA02651028 We will have to look at these items after the aircraft comes in and provide you with a change order for your review. Additionally, I have changed the materials on the cabin chairs and divans to reflect leather and suede as well as adjusted the pricing downward to reflect the new material costs. I also changed the material cost on the carpet. Thank you for this opportunity. Best Regards, Eric ERIC H.
