Revised Schedule for LSJ Cottage Rmodeling
Apri 29th Start painting inside kitchen, Laundry and office areas
Cannot finish painting rest of area due to electrical panel needs installed and air conditioners need
replacing.
May 1-5th install kitchen cabinets, exhaust hood for stove, appliances and interior doors. Also Hughes
electric will install all plugs and lights for new addition. He was contracted for 4,000.00 with permision
from Brice because Danny Vicers did not have time to complete it. He was not contacted to install new
electric panel if this needs to be done it will be an additional cost. All electric originally was to be done
by in house empoyees.
This is based on hardware for doors to be bought
May 8-12th Finish drywall rest of area bedroom and living area if AC and Electric panel is installed,
work on finishing outside tile and outside deck if plumbing is finished for downspouts from roof. This
is in house work.
May 15-19th Finish lose ends until windows, doors and skylights come in. I placed an order for these
March 16th and were to be here already. When I called about delivery he had not ordered them at all
so when he ordered them delivery is Nay 19th
May 22-May 31 install windows, doors and skylights. Then complete tile work inside and out need
doors installed to finish tile. Roof and install gutters.
Outside new area ready for exterior painting also have advised that it can be completed two weeks
ago
Up to this date I have had 76 hours of downtime due to noise which resulted in 280 man hours This is
almost two weeks of time loss.
I am sure that with Anna"s help to get electric panel resolved , plumbing work done, ac completed and
painting to be done by in house we can complete this by above date.
I have drawn 20,800.00 so far and balance of 9,200.00 is left. I will hold back 6,200.00 till job
completed and draw 3,000.00 to pay employees til job finished.
