Why is David's lawyer saying to refrain from singing or bird calls — was this at all an issue ??
Since this was reported to hotel Mgmt from hotel staff was this the report you received Denise?
Pls respond - michael you need to clarify the below accusations with Denise ASAP and who ever told Denise

Also your staff has used my name in reference to saying to write bad reports regarding rooms 101 - 102 This
is not true I told the front desk months ago when you first used these rooms for hotel guests - and at this time
the front desk only white washed the displeasure of the two room guests. -
As it came from david telling Mgmt to sell these rooms - when he clearly did understand the condition of the
rooms - all of this in many prior emails
- One guest more then the other complained yet the recap was mild- I said tell it like it really is. Write it hard
so we all understand this is a hard Room to have a guest be satisfied in- - since we had the Chefs stay in these
rooms prior and complain how they where unlivable- since then you have improved these rooms - hence you
renting them for only the second time - again over the course of weeks - seem that this weekend guests
where satisfied
But if needed I will sit with you and your problem front desk agent and who is spreading false statements's
supposedly said by me

Please ask your client to alert restaurant staff members to be cognizant of the hotel guests occupying
the first floor rooms. The hotel was
100% occupied and these rooms had guests. The restaurant staff should refrain from singing, making
bird like noises and other disturbing sounds near these rooms. It is not in anyone's interest to have
the guests give the hotel bad reviews as a result of the disturbing noise. This will adversely impact a
sale, refi and revenues.
