CART is only in the office 1 or 2 days a week so I'm not surprised that there is a delay. I will reach out to and get a status and see what solutions may exist. The question was asked about the progress of the electronic downloads from all the electronic media obtained from the searches. Evidently, there is a backlog and much of the downloads have not been completed. The idea was that given the FBI's and SDNY's office work reduction, this could be a good time for the case team to be doing taint review and other electronic search reviews. I agree. I know other squads are using this time to review search warrant returns, TIII data, etc. I don't know if is assigned to this case as well. But, can you find out the status of CART and their ability to process the search warrants for this? Thanks, EFTA00148397
