Larry,
Please take a moment to review this full email exchange, particularly the part about
leaving the aircraft in Stanbaugh for a pre-buy.
I need a current Centurian report and a current two year due list at your earliest
availability.
Please provide comments with respect to crew and flight engineer as well.
Sincerely,
Gary Anzalone - Managing Partner

Hi Gary
Thanks for your quick response to my inquiry. I appreciate you way of doing
business. Your information is precise and apparently correct.
EFTA00995254
If you have available Are the Pilot's and flight engineer on permanent Salary? if so if
you can provide salary I may like to keep the entire crew. If not on Salary does the
present owner have any problem getting crews to fly on short order.
I am reviewing a G4/SP and a Challenge 604
When I saw your add on Global. The landing take off distance of this 27 is ok for my
use in mountains of Southwestern Colorado and Grand Cayman.
If you would like sending me Centurion information and recent maintenance done, and
due in 2 years. I will appreciate.
Unless you are in hurry to bring to Florida, I you want to leave in present location I
could get a pre-buy done there, if they have the manpower to get it done. within a 2
to 3 week time period.
I would like to do a flight before making my final offer. I will pay fuels and expenses,
Or I would be interested in a 1 month dry lease. Of course I would expect to place
substantial deposit, that could be applied purchase
Sincerely
Frank Lewis

Dear Frank,
The attached brochure has the specifications included.
Yes the fuel burn is accurate at 1,200 gallons per hour.
The Boeing Super 27, which is sometimes referred to as the Valsan Edition or the
FedEx conversion entails the upgrade of the #1 & #3 Engines (the Outside Engines)
only. You may have noticed that on this particular aircraft, it was done with new off
the shelf engines which now have only 3,700 hours total time.
The aircraft's maintenance is tracked under the Centurian Maintenance Program, and I
will endeavor to obtain a current run, as well as a two year forecast. It may take me
a couple of days though as they are most likely still filing the maintenance cards from
the recent inspections. I am confident that you will not be disappointed in the status
moving forward.
There is no known damage history on the aircraft.

With respect to the structure of the transaction, my client's attorney's will insist that
everything is handled through escrow and in accordance with traditional aviation
industry standards. The best step forward would be for you to establish a good faith
deposit with one of the escrow agents, after which the Seller's attorney's will provide
us with a draft Purchase and Sale Agreement. For the tax benefit of both parties it
would make sense to facilitate the closing in Wilmington Delaware.
I am certain that the Aircraft will pass the pre-purchase inspection with flying colors.
This owner has never cut corners when it comes to his personal safety.
With respect to the price, I will tell you this much. We reduced the price at the
beginning of the year from 6.9 million to 3.995 million to make a sale prior to the
impending maintenance inspection. We have since completed 1.2 million dollars in
maintenance and we did not raise the price. I would suspect that their may still be a
small discount in the spirit of deal making, but I doubt it will be anything too
substantial.
Once you have had an opportunity to review the attached brochure, I will look forward
to the opportunity to further discuss your interest.
Sincerely,
Gary Anzalone - Managing Partner

Hi Gary
Thanks for the info you sent on the 727-100 With the engines updated, is the fuel burn per hour still in the
12,000 Phr. range and why was the one engine not updated, (which is ok Just curious.)
The details you have listed with your ad, can you send me copy of that. and any coming due maintenance
needed within 2 years. You or the owner has knowledge of.
Has the aircraft ever had any damage?
I have a serious interest , I have clean cash if the owner would consider taking less for a cash transaction.
Meaning if owner wishes to report lesser cash received for a lesser price sold for. As long as I get a clean
bill of sale. I am flexible. Transaction can be consummated in Caymans if beneficial to owner. I have cash
in USA and either place is ok with me. Or if we could fly to the island owned by the owner with cash
aboard, I can get the cash on board at any location the plane can be flown to depart from. I own Ranches
in Colorado, Presently in process of leaving California back to my Ranch in Colorado within the week.
just a thought. If no interest discard offer.
If we can get together on price and You and owner think the aircraft will pass Pre-buy without major
problems. We can get a deal done quickly My Captain is certified on 727 does owner have maintenance
records?

Dear Frank,
Thank you for the note and the interest in the Boeing Super 27, serial number 20115.
For your consideration, I have attached a complete set of specifications and as well as a full set of photos.
Our client has owned the Aircraft for the past 22 years and he has invested more than 25 million dollars to
ensure this is the finest Boeing Super 27 in the world.
The aircraft is been upgraded in every way possible.
The Engines are upgraded, the cockpit is upgraded, the Wings have had the winglets installed, additional fuel
tanks have been installed to increase the range to 8 hours, 45 minutes, and even the shower has been
installed.
The Aircraft has always been operated privately.
Within the past 10 days, the aircraft has just completed the Airframe C inspection, the Engine 8 year
corrosion inspections, as well as an all new exterior repaint, at a total cost in excess of 1.2 million dollars.
The Aircraft is extremely turn-key.
In the attached photos & brochure, please note that the correct exterior is the over-all two tone grey exterior.
The photos with the black belly are no longer accurate.
The owner is selling the aircraft because he purchased an Island in the Bahamas and the nearest runway
cannot accommodate the size of the Boeing. He has already purchased a replacement aircraft and he has
priced this aircraft very aggressive to the market at only $3.995M USD
The Aircraft is currently sitting at Stanbaugh Aviation in Brunswick GA, where all of the maintenance was
just completed. HOWEVER, we are planning to move it back to Palm Beach this week. If you were
interested to do a pre-purchase inspection, it may make sense to leave it in Georgia, in which case it may be
smart to start discussing a deal sooner rather than later.
Once you have had an opportunity to consider the information I have provided, I would welcome the
opportunity to further discuss your interest, along with any comments, questions or concerns which you may
have.
Sincerely,
