All of these deposition s are set "out of state". As you know, service of a Florida subpoena on these individuals would be inappropriate and have no legal effect. I am unaware that you have filed any motions for the appointment of a commissioner for purposes of obtaining service over these individuals and/or some entity/reporter to take the depositions.
