We have enough tile to complete cabana 3 by tomorrow. Cabana 4 will take a few more working days.

Good Morning,
The plumbing for the showers in cabana 3 and 4 were run incorrectly by JPKs plumber Brian. He tied in both
the hand held shower head and the main shower head into one line instead of two. This means that when you
turn on the handle (there are 2) that water comes out of both shower heads. The only way to fix cabana 3 is to
remove tiles and split the line the correct way. In cabana 4 they can access the pipes from the backside of the
shower wall leaving the tiles in tack. They are going to start the split in 4 first today. I am going to check now
to see if we have enough tile to do cabana 3. The plumbing in 1 and 2 were tested today also and have no
issues, these two were plumbed by JPKs plumber Jon. We will have Jon do the fix in 3 and 4. Until they open
the wall I cannot give an end date on this work. I suggest no payments made to JPK until the work is
completed, I know that Jay had paid Brian for all of this work as completed. Jay will be notified by email of
these issues immediately.
Very Respectfully,
Kyle Reavis
