The problem is he needs to have his legs straight in these braces and absolutely no bending. He can-but needs strong help and their house has everything on the 2nd floor. The first floor is the kitchen and living room with a powder room not even a shower so if he goes upstairs he is not coming down for 6 weeks unless someone carries him :+I The 6 weeks of recovery and 6 weeks of intense therapy. This is such a bummer for him, I feel terrible. Larry was at a conference in Antigua and had a bad fall and ended up in surgery yesterday at MGH for two ruptured quad tendons. He is doing well but he has a very long recovery. 3mo. no travel. I see he is responding to some emails but in and out today given surgery was yesterday.
