2) Amp and Speakers - Halo A-5I & Triad Speakers 15,624 (amp 4500, terminations 910 &

Original Sunfire Amp cost was 3,825 plus tax and labor
Vendor cannot promise install by Sunday since they do not have Amp in stock and
expect 3 days for delivery
They are more comfortable that Amp would be installed by early next week
Please advise

Hello Rich,
As per our discussion this morning, I have attached two updated versions of our
proposal to reflect additional variations.
To be clear, our recommended proposal (Rev A) would in effect give us the confidence
going forward that your equipment would last (and perform very well) for quite some
time.

Please see the attached proposals, one with speaker replacements as well as an
amplifier replacement, and another with only the amplifier replacement.
The proposal with the speaker replacements is, what I would say, bare minimum as far
as strategy goes. It would provide a safe and predictable load to the new amplifier
enhancing its reliability and longevity.
The proposal that only changes the amplifier, should be viewed as a Band-Aid (in the
rain). You will have sound, but I'm not comfortable stating with confidence that it will
last over the long run. In addition, should it fail within the warranty period I'm fairly
certain it will receive heavy scrutiny (and manufacturers examination) as it's a very
robust/reliable unit and doesn't have a high failure rate. It may, or may not fall under
the umbrella of a warranty repair (we will always try to have items purchased from us
covered, but it's not a sure thing).
Please review the two proposals and contact me with any questions.
Please note, the Panamax equipment has been removed for savings, but is also a
recommended item, and may be added back in should you choose (again
recommended).
Thanks,
Matt
