Originally from Omaha, Michael found his calling in the world of wild mushrooms. lie belongs to the Mycological Society here in Colorado, grows his own mushrooms, leads forays and teaches classes on cultivation. Meet The Kitchen Purveyor : Conscious Coffees' Mark Glenn We sat down with one of our local purveyors, Mark Glenn of Conscious Coffees, to learn more about how he and his wife, Mel, became involved with The Kitchen.
