Specifically, the 2L Noteholder Committee is seeking to pursue claims for constructive and intentional fraudulent transfers, breach of fiduciary duty, and aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty against CEC, CEC's and CEOC's directors and officers, and the Sponsors.
