It has also been proposed to eliminate the pre-fabricated building altogether for concrete and concrete block. Please let me know if this is your understanding of discussions you have had recently with Brice, and what Mr. Epstein requested yesterday. I will look out for your email of the original drawing and proposals on Monday. He will also prepare a proposal for the changes - mechanical, electrical and structural wall - that Brice requested. John stated further that the structural steel design still needs to be done. The original design is based upon a pre-engineered steel structure.
