To: Cecile de Jongh From: Jeffrey epstein Sent: Thur 3/22/2012 9:02:05 PM Subject: Re: VIPA Issue Leon Sorry for all the typos .Scut from my iPhonc On Mar 22, 2012, at 9:50 PM, Cecile de Jongh a wrote: Good afternoon Jeffrey, ABC Concepts, the contractor doing the job at the VIPA hangar, has had to stop working on the hangar because none of the workers nor the contractor has the appropriate TSA security credentials to be at the hangar. They are required to have a badge with an "E" for "Escort" on it. Arran has one as does Brice (his is expired and he is not here), Larry and Leon. Carlos' badge is for luggage only so it does not qualify. We do not want to lose the contractor and his workers in the middle of the project. We need to find someoneASAP with the right credentials to essentailly babysit the workers. It requires the person to sit in the TWA hangar office while the work is being done (perhaps 7-8 hours/day). There are approximately ten (10) more days of work with two (2) of them off-site, so basically eight (8) days of work on-site. Here are my suggestions (not in any particular order) after speaking with the VIPA folks: 1. Hire someone from STT Jet Center or other neighboring businesses. 2. Have Larry can fly down and oversee the job 3. Ask Leon Casey to stay a bit longer and get paid from TWA for the 8 days. 4. Have Arran leave the island and cover the TWA job and perhaps have Carlos deal with the island while he is gone Please let me know what you would like to do.
