Subject: Heli Landing
Jeffrey,
As long as permission from land owner is given, plus the operation sh=uld not be considered reckless or endangering
surrounding area in an emerge=cy,.
I found this on Helicopter forum I read, regarding Heli landing=ln your backyard.
There is no easy answer to the question. It all depends on the exact location. You need t=e Federal, State, Local, USFS,
Zoning, etc all to line up with the stars. 1= you have a spot you'd like to land at, you need to start doing the researc= early
and make sure you don't forget any agency or possible owner before y=u land. Just because the land owner says it's ok,
doesn't mean you won't ge= into serious trouble with someone else.
