property payable to the Trustees by reason of the Grantor's death, as follows: (1) One million dollars to IRA ZICHERMAN, if he is then living, or if not to his issue then living. (6) The balance of the remaining principal shall be paid to the Grantor's brother MARK LAWRENCE EPSTEIN, if he is then living or if not to his issue then living, or if there are no such issue to GHISLAINE MAXWELL.
