In fact, he tried forcing me to have sex with him by holding me down, until I got angry and threw him off me so nothing else happened. He is the one currently sending ex-cons and criminal informants to harass and commit crimes against me in NH. Years ago, one of the troopers told the others online "If I go down I'm taking everyone with me" and I'm pretty sure it was Manning who wrote that. This is the reason I feel they haven't held him accountable or even responded to my hundreds of letters about his crimes against me and my child. Facts on the O'Connell Family William O'Connell was charged with raping a fourteen year old girl for years and was charged with cocaine trafficking. William O'Connell was given six months probation after being charged with negligent motorboat homicide in 2002. Most of their business is done online to avoid a footprint of their communications and dealings. This is how I'm able to find them. I'd like to add that I believe there is more to the sudden death of the child rape victim which I'll explain below. There are many people who feel her death ou e proper y investigated, especially since we know O'Connell will continue preying on young girls due to his protection. This group will lead you to one of the major drug dealers in MA which for some reason law enforcement doesn't seem to be in a rush to find them. Perhaps the dealer IS O'Connell or his sons? This group was well aware of O'Connell's relationships with these girls, minors, and escorts, and yet they still referred to him as their 'real boss'. (I have monitored their online dealings for twenty years) If this is the investigating officers Ebay account below, then it should raise suspicion of both her death and the investigation of the accident. If it's a troopers account, it's also highly suspect due to their business and friendship ties with O'Connell. I'd be willing to bet O'Connell would pay millions to make his statutory rape case go away. Why was the rape victim driving a car she wasn't supposed to be driving, and is the owner of this car affiliated with the Phyllis Capuano girl who pimped her out to O'Connell? Were accelerants found in the vehicle? I'd be willing to bet no one searched for them, and I'd be willing to bet the car can no longer be found. Did anyone find any connections between the vehicle owner and Capuano, O'Connell, or any of his many construction businesses tied to the area where she lived or crashed ? I'm sure one of O'Connells employees had ties to either the rape victim, Capuano, the car owner, or some of their family/friends. O'Connells reach is far and wide but I'm sure the ties can be found. Did anyone look for them? My auto smelt of gas for a few days during the time two separate men were sent to try and force me into a guardrail on 93. I've since sent in their license plates. Was there really a passenger in the vehicle with her and how did she escape slightly injured if the car went airborne and burst into flames? O'Connell would also pay a lot to say someone was in the car with her as a 'witness'. An easy way to cover who owns the accounts is to have their friends at Ebay cancel the original account and have a random person recreate another using the same name.
