being permanent financing placed on the asset. The partners shared the interest cost of the acquisition financing 50/50.
They will get you the accounting and the documentation if you would like to have it. It was audited, however.

i think the 750 k in interest needs to be properly explained, my feeling is that the 750 should be put back in
