Our 727 had 9G seats, we could use the seats from 727, however, they could NOT be used for Takeoff and Landing. Gene estimate Seat frames at $50k each, depending on options: such as Seat rest, lumbar, electric, etc, and once covered, $125k Each. There is a savings using some of the 727 seat frames. If you use our 9G seats, the FAA regulations for density of seat foam is much less restrictive, compared to 16G build up foam regs, we have to clarify with Eric.
