recalled that massage school was a several month program that cost approximately $650. At
work one day, a woman named ELOISA DE LAURANTEIS told her that there was an opportunity for four
massage therapists to travel the world. ELOISA stated that she herself could not go. ELOISA seemed
older than ELOISA coordinated speaking with someone named could not
remember if told her her last name. described her as very pretty and the girl next door

apartment in Santa Monica, California. The apartment was in a brown brick building. and

Victorian type staircase, which was stunning. The staircase was to the right when she walked in.
walked up the stairs to see a butler standing with a silver tray. felt like this was something out of a
movie. She walked into a large room with high ceilings. There was a massage table set up. MAXWELL
walked out in a white robe and introduced herself. told MAXWELL about her father and where
she was from; MAXWELL had told her that they were just in Ohio or heading there. and MAXWELL
had similar birthdays. MAXWELL talked with about helicopters. felt comfortable; like she
and MAXWELL were related to each other. MAXWELL laid down on the table. massaged
MAXWELL for an hour. MAXWELL fell asleep. could not recall if she woke MAXWELL or if
MAXWELL woke on her own. MAXWELL then got up.

was going to meet her partner JEFFREY EPSTEIN. This was the first time that had heard of him.
MAXWELL told that she and EPSTEIN were work partners and entrepreneurs. MAXWELL
commented on how tall was. MAXWELL told to give EPSTEIN a massage and give him what
he wants. MAXWELL told that EPSTEIN was going to love her and that "Jeffrey always gets what
he wants". MAXWELL gave $100 bill. left MAXWELL's townhouse and walked back to the
apartment she was staying in.
MAXWELL had told that her own place was nice but should wait until she saw EPSTEIN's
home. MAXWELL told that EPSTEIN had the largest brownstone on the island.
At approximately five or six in the evening she walked to EPSTEIN's home. Everything was within a few
blocks walking distance. knocked on the door and was let in to wait in an office. The office was to
the left and was round with a bench, books, and a desk. There was a Delta airplane model in the room.
thought that EPSTEIN and MAXWELL had some ownership of Delta. did not recall who came
to get her from the office. She walked to the kitchen and was introduced to EPSTEIN and sat down.
EPSTEIN was eating dinner. There was a chef there and everyone was chatting. recalled that the
kitchen was not that big; she was expecting something bigger. EPSTEIN told her that it was not the only
kitchen. Everyone was being polite.
EPSTEIN told M, "Let's go". They walked up the staircase at the end of the hall. EPSTEIN's office had
tall doors. felt like it was like a castle. recalled that she thought there were red velvet
curtains that pooled on the carpet. described the room as rectangular. There was a desk on one
end to the right and to the left there was a long couch. EPSTEIN and sat on the couch and EPSTEIN
asked her questions. EPSTEIN told that he wanted her to give him a foot massage, then placed his
foot on her lap. thought this was not normally how she would give a massage. EPSTEIN dug his
heel into her "crotch" and put his toes between her breasts. tried to reposition herself and
ignored it. got up and sat on a stool while EPSTEIN extended his leg out straight. EPSTEIN was
talking to her about traveling and asked her if she would be interested. EPSTEIN told her that he would
be leaving in a couple of weeks and asked if she had her passport. did not have her passport but
she told him that she did. EPSTEIN seemed to know that was lying. sat back down next to
EPSTEIN and kept talking with him. EPSTEIN was sitting to her left and grabbed her jaw. was
uncomfortable and giggled awkwardly. EPSTEIN told her, "I can always trust a girl who shows gums
when she smiles.". described that it was weird and awkward. When started walking
towards the door, EPSTEIN grabbed her buttocks on the left side. recalled that she could see the
stairs and the hallway. EPSTEIN took his fingers and grabbed her from behind. described
this as "one long stroke" then EPSTEIN grabbed her buttocks again. had an ankle long dress on.
then started walking downstairs and talked about meeting with MAXWELL again. EPSTEIN told
M, "Don't do anything I wouldn't do," and patted her on the buttocks. then walked back to
her apartment.
The next morning, did not hear anything. At some point, she ate at a cafe. recalled getting
in a car and another girl, whose name she did not recall, was also in the car. This girl was shorter than
with blondish brown hair. This girl asked what she did and told her that she gave a

massage. asked her the same question. This girl did not meet with MAXWELL but worked out with
EPSTEIN. The girl asked what EPSTEIN and MAXWELL do; told her they were entrepreneurs.
A few days after returned to Los Angeles, she received an email from someone named CYM.
thought her name was CYM ANNE but she was unsure. It was a follow-up email that said
something like, "Thanks for coming out; we are making our final decision.". did not remember if
she responded. This was sent to old Juno account. never heard from them again.
saw an article about EPSTEIN being found in the fetal position in a jail cell. saw his face and
that is when she put all the pieces together in her mind. stated that she did not originally know his
last name. The following week reached out to her therapist.
