Tom and I estimated that our crew would be $37,000 for the heli wall and would take 7 weeks starting in october as they are scheduled thni sept. p?u push me to get more people and get done we have to use outside resorces to do that.I got bids and they were close to one another, one was from St. John and the other St.Thomas and I hired both. I think the difference in cost is more than made up for the time we save in getting everyone out of here. my personnel projections show all but Tom and a small crew on board after the 1st of Nov. dependent on using these subs. I expect to have work sheets of schedules and staff reductions to everyone tomorrow. Do you want me to stop all work on the walls now?and revise the schedules?
