After being advised of the identities of the above listed individuals and the nature of the interview, provided the following information: was born in and has lived throughout New Mexico. moved to Seattle when she was 18 years old, then moved back to New Mexico. parents were young when they had her and her sister. acted out as a child and went to live with her dad and "evil" stepmom. dropped out of high school. When was 16 years old, she had a child that she gave up for adoption. moved to with her mother and sister. When was 25 years old, she was living back in and became a massage therapist. At 40 years old, became a nurse. In approximately 1999, was working at a hair salon and going to massage school. started an outcall business where she sent to people's private homes to massage them. graduated in August 1999. Soon after graduated or approximately 2000, she started going to JEFFREY EPSTEIN's ranch as a professional massage therapist. took a cut of this. became friends with who was the house manager. told that she did not need and that would call direct. went to EPSTEIN's ranch for three years. EPSTEIN came to the ranch approximately three to four times a year. first massaged GHISLAINE MAXWELL, then massaged EPSTEIN, and massaged younger women who looked like models. was a previous massage therapist. When went to the ranch, she would drive in and was beeped in. There were colorful cottages and horse stables. There was a windy dirt road. There was a big mansion with the number "2" on it. would drive in there to the courtyard and to the left was the garage. would walk into the mud room. There would be a set of stairs that she would go down, where there were no windows. The massage room, gym, and pool were all down in this area. MAXWELL's office was to the right. There was an elevator. There was a stairway to EPSTEIN's bedroom. There were pictures of women with their breasts exposed. These pictures were in the bathroom. There were sitting areas off of the kitchen. It was a "huge mansion". There were parts that thought she had not even seen. spent most of her time on the ranch in the massage room. massaged a girl in the spare bedroom. massaged EPSTEIN and MAXWELL once in their bedroom and once in the expansive bathroom. gave them massages a couple times in the modular homes while the main house was being built. In the modular home was a framed document that the land was being leased. It was a smaller space. also massaged a model in the modular home. massaged EPSTEIN approximately 15 times, MAXWELL approximately 5 times, and guests approximately 5 times. recalled massaging three girls and two older men. One of the girls had a British accent and one of the men was a physicist. thought MAXWELL was EPSTEIN's girlfriend. MAXWELL was the lady of the house. MAXWELL would say, "Jeffrey likes this or Jeffrey likes that". The massages turned sexual with EPSTEIN. was given $100 to drive out to the ranch and $100 for the massage. Money was paid by check from and had EPSTEIN's corporation on it. There was a reflexologist, , who was good friends with knew that had gone to the ranch. EPSTEIN paid for continuing education for reflexologist. recalled seeing a soap opera star, (known to law enforcement as ), at the ranch. recalled that remembered seeing at the ranch more than one time, maybe in 2001/2002. did not speak with but saw her in MAXWELL's office hanging out. recalled waiting to massage EPSTEIN while he was out riding with girls. was always taken to where she needed to be in the house by either MAXWELL MAXWELL told , "Don't do anybody I wouldn't do". MAXWELL also told , "If you have anymore friends who want to come out, they have to bee good looking, pretty, young, no hairy pits". brought one irl to the ranch; her name was and she was around age. said, "Ew", and never wanted to go back. When massaged MAXWELL, MAXWELL would take off her towel and would cover her buttocks. MAXWELL would read a book or talk on the phone.
