He looked at all the floors and took notes on what phase each =ne was in. He said he would be in touch with you, Rich. The scratch in the master is visible and not in a place that =an be easily covered. I can't imagine JE wouldn't want =t repaired, but to do so will involve stripping the master back down =nd sanding, then putting all the coats back on. Also, I asked him about discoloration around the edges. He =aid it was from condensation in the walls. He said the only thing that =an really be done is that they can go around the edges with a fine line =f a matching paint they have that blends with the floor which would be =ecommended unless we're planning to add trim or quarter =ound.
